I’m writing this letter to let you know how pleased I have been with the quality of the graphics that I have purchased from your company.

We ordered our Smart Exhibits booth and initial graphics back in 2002. We were extremely happy with the booth and the graphics. Since that time we have averaged two to three trade shows per year. The booth and the original graphics are still in excellent condition despite being assembled and disassembled at least fifteen times.

Of course over the years our graphic requirements have changed and from time to time we have required new or updated graphics. For the most part, I have ordered these graphics from your company. Unfortunately, this has not always been the case.

Last year a new graphics company moved into an office just across the street from our location. Thinking it would be simpler just to “walk across the street” I made the decision to order several new graphics from them. I gave them the artwork and their quote came back quite comparable to your prices. As it turns out, their price was the only thing that was comparable.

First of all, it took them over four weeks to deliver the graphics. When we finally received the graphics it was immediately obvious that they were of inferior quality. The printing was only adequate and the lamination was paper thin. The Velcro fasteners that were included did not adhere to the graphics and continually fell off. Due to the thin lamination the graphics were easily folded or damaged.

The truth is that the original graphics we purchased from your company in 2002 still look almost new while the ones we purchased from this new company last year are already worn out and no longer usable.

People are always too willing to tell someone when they are doing something wrong but don’t take the time to tell someone when they are doing something right. Scott, you guys are doing it RIGHT!! Rest assured that I won’t make the same mistake again. Smart Exhibits has all my future graphics business.

I just finished putting together our 8 ft display. We took advantage of the special with graphics and can't be any happier with your product. The graphics we uploaded look fabulous...the best printing from our internal art files we have seen. (I knew somebody out there could produce our graphics correctly). I fully expected a call or email with a graphic problem (which is the rule for our magazine advertising), but you guys nailed it.

The display has the "pop" we're looking for, with the center used for projecting our video products. It comes off like a mini theater!

For the past three months we have made an exhaustive search for an inexpensive, but attention grabbing 10 foot trade show display. We  love the 20’ booth. It was so easy to set up. Our flight landed in Orlando at 4:30 p.m. and had to be in the Convention Center before 6:00 (this included having to get our exhibitor passes). We barely got in and we had the exhibit standing in minutes.

We had a tight schedule leaving also. The show ended at 4:00 p.m. and our flight was leaving at 6:00 p.m. We started packing our product up at 3:30 pm but couldn't take down the exhibit until 4:00. It took us less than 20 minutes to remove our artwork and pack up the exhibit. Totally amazing. We made it to the airport with time to spare.

We were in the market for a new trade show booth. I had received several design ideas and price quotes from other suppliers. The time frame for what we wanted and the price caught my attention when I saw SMART® Exhibit's advertisement. I had to check it out.

Since we work with legends in the art and film industry, an eye-catching display is a must. We were prepared to spend $3500 on a portable trade show booth, but found that the higher priced systems were not only very bulky and heavy, but they weren't really versatile. Plus, we're constantly altering our tradeshow setups, so we had to consider how much use we would get out of an exhibit and weigh it against cost

What we found with Smart® Exhibits was a trade show booth even the "small guys" can afford, backed by impeccable customer service and honesty about what we were purchasing. Your staff followed the tracking for us, called us when the exhibit arrived in our area, and even sent us a hard-copy invoice via mail for our records.

When we setup the display, I was amazed at how much it would hold - we promptly hung four plastic 16 x 24 frames, two T-shirts, assorted signage and a banner with standard VELCRO® brand fastener strips. Nothing fell or "lingered" during the three-day exhibit.

What really won us over was the dozens of comments we got from other professional guests in the field of comics and film - they all commented on what a "cool display" we had. Of course, a huge plus was the setup time - about 20 minutes the first time around, and 15 minutes to break down. It's always nice to have time to sit down for lunch before a show opens.

We wanted to tell you how innovative your product is!  We are a small startup company trying to penetrate a high-tech field with very limited resources.  It is very expensive for us just to rent the trade show booth space at trade shows, not to mention having to pay for the labor of the show services personnel (drayage costs).  In addition, since our company is in its infancy, our company image, our products, and our application areas are continually evolving.  Also, depending on what trade show we are going to, we need to display different things and target a different kind of audience.  Thus, we have changed our "look" several times in the last year alone.  All this makes it hard for us to justify spending the four or five thousand dollars we would need to for a conventional display.

I originally found out about you through one of those bulk postcard mailings.  When I suggested your product to my two partners, I got mixed reactions.  One thought it was worth a try since we could always send it back and we would have only wasted the shipping fee.  The other was pretty much against the idea since as he said, "you usually get what you pay for."  Well, I am happy to report that we were all very pleased with your product and its quality.  The only people who knew our display wasn't made from conventional material, were some of the other exhibitors that were around when we set our display up.  On the humorous side, we did get some snide remarks from the drayage people about our display.  We got quite a chuckle out of their reaction, because we know it's solely due to the fact that we didn't have to pay their exorbitant fees to have them set us up.  We hand carried our display in the door and set it up ourselves in 15 minutes! In the past, we have been doing table top displays because, although we need to attend these trade shows, we just couldn't afford the extra costs involved with a full-sized booth.  Your product changed that for us.  We now look a lot more professional and don't look so much like a startup on a trade show budget.  Innovators like your company are making it feasible for startups like us to play ball with the "bigboys".  THANK YOU!!

I first saw your booth at the exhibit show in Las Vegas earlier this year. I thought it looked very good. My suggestion to " give it a try" was meet with raised eyebrows. I went ahead and ordered a blue display. I assembled it and attached some graphics and let it stand for a few days. The raised eyebrows came down and all were delighted with the extremely economical solution for our show. I subsequently ordered four graphics and the lights.
