Many sellers of trade show products don't make a thing. They take your order, send it to a manufacturer and then they mark the price up 50%. That's a steep price to pay just for taking an order. Also, when something goes wrong, your order taker is going to have to call his manufacturer. Who knows how long that will take. At Smart Exhibits we can take care of any problem immediately.

Anybody can use a inkjet roll printer, print a large format poster on photo paper, put a laminate on it and call it a trade show graphic. It will delaminate, won't want to unroll, the velcro on the back will pucker, the glare will be so bad you won't be able to read the message. That is not the image you want to project to your customers.

"Pop-up" Panels or Curve Wall Panels:
If you print panels for a Pop-up display on a roll printer the print can slip ever so slightly as the print advances through the machine. What this means is when you go to hang the panels the image will not line up from panel-to-panel. We use a flat bed printer so there is no slip. Every panel will line up perfectly. Our panels are a hefty .030 mil. Most panels I have seen are .015 to .020.

The pop-up frames have a lifetime warranty. This is easy to to do as these frames are bullet-proof. Also, on our frames you can't see any hardware from the front. If you you look at many pop-ups you will see a black line along the top. This is the mounting strip hardware. It has unsightly slots and pegs you can't see on the tiny internet picture.

Retractable Banner Material:
Retractable banners are very popular. When they are made of the right materials it is a beautiful thing. When they are not, the edges will curl making it look like a canoe. I have seen them where the material is so thin you can see the pole right through the material. We use a high-end no-curl, light block material. It won't cup, you will never see the pole even if there is direct sunlight behind the unit. The material prints beautiful vibrant images.

As with any business, our material/equipment suppliers are constantly coming out with new products. We are always on the lookout for the best solutions. When we find a better solution we use it.
