Pricing, Payment and Shipping

How can you offer your trade show displays at such low prices?    [top]

We are the patent holder and the manufacturer of the revolutionary SMART® Exhibit. We manufacture all our SMART® Exhibit displays and graphics in-house.

How can I order a display?   [top]

We sell exclusively through our website. Displays ship same day if ordered by 2:00 CST. If after 2:00pm, displays ship the next day.

What forms of payment do you accept?    [top]

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express. We also accept company checks (allow 2 weeks) or money orders at time of order will also expedite shipment.

How much is shipping?    [top]

Shipping depends on where you are located and how soon you need the product. We can ship anywhere in the world. Ground shipment for a 10' display usually costs around $45.

How are tradeshow booths shipped?    [top]

We ship UPS ground but can ship other ways including overnight. Once you receive your tradeshow booth, any package carriers can ship it.

Displays are shipped FOB Chanhassen, MN.

What is your lead-time?    [top]

All hard goods typically ship out the same day if the order is placed before 2:00 PM CST.

Graphic files sent Ready-to-Print according to our File Set-Up Specs and received prior to 2:00 PM CST typically ship in (2) full business days. For example, in before 2:00 PM CST on Monday, ship out on Wednesday. After 2:00 PM CST, ships on Thursday.

If you are using our File Creation Services, plan on 4-5 full business days for the design proccess and then (2) full business days to get your graphics out the door.

In some cases it may be wise to order the hard goods and the graphics separately, utilizing an expedited shipping option for the graphics.

Jobs with longer lead times and/or large quantities may be shipped later than (2) full business days.


Do you charge tax?    [top]

We only charge tax if we ship to an address inside Minnesota.

Does the shipping case have wheels?    [top]

Yes. One person should have no problem transporting the portable exhibit.

Graphics

What file formats do you accept for "output ready" graphics?    [top]

Each graphic must be saved as a 100dpi CMYK LZW compressed Tif file at 100% print size. All backlit header graphics must have a 3/4" interior black border.

We will not accept EPS files. All such files must be converted to the above stated TIF file format.

Files that are submitted incorrectly will have additional fees applied to them.

Can you create my files for print?    [top]

Yes, our staff of in-house designers have created thousands of displays graphics using customer supplied layouts and artwork. We even provide hundreds of professionally designed graphic looks you can choose from the Premier Graphics Collection. See this link. Our designers will create your graphics and email you a proof within 24 hours.

How long does it take to set up?    [top]
Set up usually takes about 15 minutes if it's your first time. After that it's usually 10 minutes. All of our products come with easy-to-read instructions.

How much do your portable displays weigh?    [top]

Our 10' unit only weighs 65 lbs. fully packed and are shipped by any common carrier. The portable exhibits can ship on airlines but since 911 some airlines can assess a freight charge. Contact your airline.

What other products do you offer besides pop-up tradeshow displays?    [top]

Tabletops, banner stands, hanging display systems, tablecloths, counters, lights, etc.

What kind of warranty do you offer?    [top]

Our trade show exhibits are specifically designed to save you thousands of dollars without compromising your professional image. SMART® Exhibits offers a 3 DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE*. This allows you to bring in a portable trade show booth, set it up and evaluate it in person. Graphics and accessories can be added at any time.

Standard warranty is one year against manufacturing defects.

*All portable exhibits must leave your facility within 3 days after you receive the portable exhibits. Shipping dates will be tracked. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred on the return. 3 DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE does not apply to custom graphics.

How long will my tradeshow display last?    [top]

For many years, if handled properly. The graphics can be easily updated as your products and messages change.
